How to make a tour reservation.
1. Find a tour by clicking on one of the
tours categories or by searching our tour database. Click on 'Book
this tour now'.
2. Fill out the enquiry and submit. Your
enquiry is then immediately sent to the the relevant tour operator
by email.
3. The tour operator will then reply to
you with a detailed quotation.
4. If you accept the quotation you can
proceed to pay a deposit with your credit card online (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express or Diner's Club).

5. Your Tour is now reserved.
To cancel your reservation.
Notify the tour operator as soon as possible.
Each operator has their own terms and conditions of cancellation.
Receipt of payment.
An electronic receipt is displayed on
your browser after payment which you can print out and your proof
of payment and your reservation confirmation will be sent to the
email address you specified in the reservation form.
If you experience a time-out error whilst
trying to pay a deposit online, you can either try again later or
phone through your credit card details to: +27 21 461 4244.
